Inflexible vs. Flexible
What do you think will give you the best, most lasting results?
The old, MISERABLE, Inflexible, way.
You jump into strict and rigid 'dieting' rules that are inflexible and often impossible to stick with.
You feel frustrated and disappointed because you tell yourself it's you. You're the problem.
You keep trying. You feel miserable and have silent pity parties while smiling and telling everyone you're great.
You lose weight but then gain it back.
You continue to tell yourself it's your fault. You're the problem.
STOP IT. It's not you, it's your approach.
Inflexible rules don't work with the unscripted parts of our everyday life.
The new, FEEL GOOD, flexible way.
You're tired of temporary change.
This is your time and you're ready to enjoy being fabulous.
You're done with the rigid rules and inflexibility. You've proven to yourself over and over that it doesn't work for you.
You don't just want to lose weight you want to change how you do things so the weight doesn't come back.
You're done worrying about vacation and family get togethers throwing you off 'plan'. You want YOUR plan to be flexible so it works for you in all situations.
You're ready to learn and understand how to create healthy boundaries that allow you to lose the weight while you enjoy life.

My body imbalance hit me at 37. I didn't know 'dieting' and I didn't want to. From what I understood 'dieting' was a thing that never ended. Once you got started it was a miserable, on going experience. No thank you!
I wanted to figure my body out. I didn't want to spend the rest of my life thinking about my weight and micromanaging my ever bite. I wanted to get back to me. I wanted to lose the weight, get rid of my aches and pains and have the energy to do what I wanted to do and then never have to think about fixing me again.
My 40s were great but my 50s have been even better. I'm 57 and healthier, leaner, stronger and happier than I was at 37. It's been 20 years since I 'lost the weight forever'.
